Subject: Broadcasting Decision CRTC 2025-201 – Quebecor Fund condition for meeting CIPF eligibility

Thank you for your letter sent 20 August 2025 regarding the Quebecor Fund’s commitment to file its annual reports and include its required audited financial statements no later than 30 November of each year.

Based on the commitments outlined in your letter, Commission staff is of the view that the Quebecor Fund has met the requirements set out in Broadcasting Decision CRTC 2025-201. Accordingly, the Fund will be added to the list of Certified Independent Production Funds (CIPFs) eligible to receive contributions from audio-visual online undertakings pursuant to the Contribution Policy^{Footnote 1}. This eligibility is effective as of the date of this letter.
