Thank you for your 30 May 2025 correspondence regarding The Path Forward — Defining “Canadian program” and supporting the creation and distribution of Canadian programming in the audio-visual sector, Broadcasting Notice of Consultation CRTC 2024-288, 15 November 2024 (the proceeding).You requested an extension to 12 June 2025 to respond to an undertaking entered into at the public hearing on 16 May 2025.
We note that your request did not demonstrate sufficient reason why you would be unable to fulfill the undertaking by the 4 June deadline. As such, CRTC staff informs you that the extension request is denied.
