Subject: New intervention filed as part of Notice of Consultation 2025-52
The Commission received an intervention from the Canadian Association of Aboriginal Broadcasters on 9 May 2025 as part of the above-noted Notice of Consultation.
Commission staff is of the view that although the intervention was received after the intervention deadline of 5 May 2025, it would be in the public interest to add it to the public record of the proceeding. Adding the intervention will provide a diversity of views and contribute to a greater understanding of the issues raised in the proceeding, outweighing any potential prejudice.
