Subject: Application 2024-0604-0 – Extension of reply deadline
On 28 February 2025, Cogeco Inc. (Cogeco), on behalf of its subsidiary Cogeco Media Inc., and Bell Media Inc. (Bell Media) requested an extension until 7 March 2025 to file their reply to the interventions received by the Commission related to application 2024-0604-0.
On 3 March 2025, Quebecor Media inc. (Quebecor Media), on behalf of NumériQ inc., and Leclerc Communication inc. (Leclerc) filed a response to this request opposing the extension of the deadline.
This letter is to advise that the deadline to file the reply is extended to 7 March 2025. Consequently, Cogeco and Bell Media may file a reply to the interventions received by the Commission by that date.
A copy of this letter and all related correspondence will be added to the public record of the proceeding.
