New deadline for submitting replies: 28 February 2025
On 29 January 2025, a request for information was sent by Commission staff to OUTtv Network Inc. (OUTtv) in response to its application, filed under Part 1 of the Canadian Radio-television and Telecommunications Commission Rules of Practice and Procedures. The application pertained to modifications associated to its conditions of service, as well as a request for mandatory distribution of the service on the digital basic service, pursuant to section 9.1(1)(h) of the Broadcasting Act. OUTtv provided its response in a letter dated 6 February 2025. Consequently, the public record concerning this application is being reopened until 21 February 2025 to allow any interested parties to provide their comments on the additional information provided by OUTtv.
Given the above-noted new deadline for the submission of interventions, OUTtv will have until 28 February 2025 to file its reply to intervening parties.
