Broadband Fund payment order – Approval of a holdback report – October 2025

1. The Commission approves the holdback report submitted by the following broadband funding recipient as set out below. The Commission considers that the project has met the applicable requirements and is fulfilling the objectives of the Broadband Fund. The holdback report demonstrates that the recipient has been operating the network for one year in accordance with the conditions of service set out in its respective funding decision and approved statement of work. The Commission directs the Central Fund Administrator to distribute the payment to the recipient associated with the holdback.
