Broadband Fund payment order – Approval of final implementation report – September 2025

1. The Commission approves the final implementation report submitted by the following broadband funding recipient as set out below. The Commission considers that the recipient has demonstrated that the project is complete and that broadband services are being offered using the funded infrastructure. As set out in the relevant funding decision, the recipient must file a project holdback report by the due date set out below. Holdback funds will be released only once the recipient has demonstrated to the Commission’s satisfaction that the recipient has been operating the network for one year in accordance with the conditions set out in its funding decision and described in its approved statement of work. Failure to comply with these conditions and requirements could result in holdback funds being delayed or not being disbursed.
