The Path Forward – Working towards a sustainable Canadian broadcasting system – Postponement of the public hearing
A federal election is currently underway. The Commission is mindful that the federal public service operates under the “caretaker convention” during an election period.
In light of this, the Commission has decided to postpone the public hearing related to Broadcasting Notice of Consultation 2025-2. The new hearing date will be announced at a later time.
