Subject: Bell Aliant – Tariff Notice 582 – Ethernet Central Office Connecting Link
On 27 September 2024, the Commission received an application from Bell Aliant, a division of Bell Canada (Bell Aliant), in which Bell Aliant proposed to revise Bell Aliant General Tariff CRTC 21491, Item 654 - Wholesale Ethernet Central Office Connecting Link Service to introduce a 100GE Ethernet Central Office Connecting link as an option under this Item.
Commission staff is continuing its analysis of the application. Consequently, this application will not be disposed of by the 45th business day after its receipt. However, the Commission intends to issue a decision by the end of January 2025.
