Subject: Bell MTS – Tariff Notice 866 – Ethernet Central Office Connecting Link
On 27 September 2024, the Commission received an application from Bell MTS, a division of Bell Canada (Bell MTS), in which Bell MTS proposed to revise Access Services Tariff CRTC 24006, Item 122 - Ethernet Central Office Connecting Link service to introduce 10GE and 100GE Ethernet Central Office Connecting links as options under this Item.
Commission staff is continuing its analysis of the application. Consequently, this application will not be disposed of by the 45th business day after its receipt. However, the Commission intends to issue a decision by the end of January 2025.
