Subject: Bell MTS Tariff Notice 869 –– Withdraw Managed Digital Private Line Service and Enhanced Service Extension Feature
Dear Philippe Gauvin:
On 10 October 2024, the Commission received an application from Bell MTS, a division of Bell Canada, proposing changes to its General Tariff, CRTC 24002, to revise Item 6003, Managed Digital Private Line Service (MDPLS) and Item 6004 – Digital Private Line Solutions Service Extension Features (ESEF).
Commission staff is analyzing this application.
Consequently, the application, along with any associated subsequent revisions, will not be approved on an interim basis on the 15th calendar day following receipt. However, the Commission intends to make its decision regarding these applications and any subsequent revisions within 45 business days of receipt of the filing.
