Dear Michael Bond:
Based on the information the Canadian Radio-television and Telecommunications Commission has received, as of 13 September 2024, Star Solutions International Inc. has not met the requirements, as set out in Telecom Decision CRTC 2015-496, within the 12 months of the registration as Proposed FMVNO, to remain on the list.
Accordingly, Star Solutions International Inc. has been removed from the CRTC’s Proposed Full MVNO registration list on 13 Septembre 2024. Should Star Solutions International Inc. wish to continue to appear on this registration list, it must reapply and meet the requirements established in Telecom Decision CRTC 2015-496.
