On 27 August 2024, the Commission received an application from Télébec, Limited Partnership, proposing amendments to General Tariff 25140 to update the conditions of certain items to allow the use of non-copper-based facilities.
Commission staff is currently analyzing this application.
Consequently, this application, along with any associated subsequent revisions, will not be approved on an interim basis on the 15th calendar day following receipt. However, the Commission intends to rule on this application, along with any associated subsequent revisions, within 45 business days of filing.
