Subject: Bell MTS Tariff Notice 865 –– Clarification of Terms and Conditions

Dear Philippe Gauvin:

On 21 August 2024, the Commission received an application from Bell MTS, a division of Bell Canada, proposing changes to its General Tariff, CRTC 24001, Special services and Facilities Tariff, CRTC 24002, Voice and Data Equipment Tariff, CRTC 24003 and Special Assemblies Tariff, CRTC 24005, to update the terms and conditions of items to permit the use of non-copper-based facilities in the provision of these services

Commission staff is analyzing this application.

Consequently, the application, along with any associated subsequent revisions, will not be approved on an interim basis on the 15th calendar day following receipt. However, the Commission intends to make its decision regarding these applications and any subsequent revisions within 45 business days of receipt of the filing.
