Dear Simon-Pierre Olivier:
On 23 July 2024, the Commission received an application from Rogers Communications Canada Inc. on behalf of 676766 Ontario Limited (KWIC Internet) proposing to withdraw the KWIC Internet Competitive Local Exchange Carrier tariff, Access Services Tariff, CRTC 25680.
Commission staff is analyzing this application.
Consequently, the application, along with any associated subsequent revisions, will not be approved on an interim basis on the 15th calendar day following receipt. However, the Commission intends to make its decision regarding these applications and any subsequent revisions within 45 business days of receipt of the filing.
