Dear Mélanie Cardin:
Based on the information the Canadian Radio-television and Telecommunications Commission has received, as of 04 July 2024, Freedom Mobile Inc. (Freedom Mobile) has not met the requirements, as set out in Telecom Decision CRTC 2015-496, within the 12 months of the registration as Proposed FMVNO, to remain on the list.
Accordingly, Freedom Mobile has been removed from the CRTC’s Proposed Full MVNO registration list on 04 July 2024. Should Freedom Mobile wish to continue to appear on this registration list, it must reapply and meet the requirements established in Telecom Decision CRTC 2015-496.
