On 26 April 2024, the Commission received an application from TELUS Communications Inc. (TELUS) proposing updated tariff pages and proposed rates for TELUS’s General Tariff CRTC 21461, Item 404 – Support Structure Service.
Commission staff is continuing its analysis of this application. Consequently, this application will not be disposed of by the 45th business day following receipt. However, the Commission intends to issue a decision by the end of October 2024.
