On 11 April 2024, the Commission received an application from Télébec, Limited Partnership regarding the General Tariff with respect to the conditions of service / directories and conditions relating to service improvement plans.
Commission staff are still analyzing the application. As a result, this request will not be processed before 45 business days after its receipt. However, the Commission intends to issue a final decision within 120 calendar days of the date of the initial application.
