Dear Philippe Gauvin:
On 11 April 2024 and 12 April 2024, the Commission received applications from Groupe Maskatel Québec S.E.C., Téléphone de St-Éphrem, Téléphone de St-Victor, and Téléphone Upton with regard to their respective General Tariffs concerning the conditions of service - directories.
Commission staff are still analyzing the applications. As a result, these requests will not be processed before 45 business days after their receipt. However, the Commission intends to issue a final decision within 120 calendar days of the date of the initial applications.
