Subject: Bell Canada Tariff Notice (TN) 7690, Bell Aliant TN 580, and Bell MTS TN 861 – Various tariff changes

Dear Philippe Gauvin:

On 9 April 2024, the Commission received applications from Bell Canada, Bell Aliant Regional Communications, Limited Partnership, and Bell MTS, a division of Bell Canada proposing changes to various tariffs in relation to i) Terms of Service – Directories and ii) terms related to expired Service Improvement Plans.

Commission staff is still analyzing these applications. As a result, these requests will not be processed before 45 business days after its receipt. However, the Commission intends to issue a final decision within 120 calendar days of the date of the initial applications.
