Subject: Northwestel Inc. Tariff Notice 1213 – Various tariff changes
Dear Imran Khan:
On 12 April 2024, the Commission received an application from Northwestel Inc. proposing changes to its General Tariff CRTC 3001 in relation to i) Terms of Service – Directories and ii) housekeeping changes to Service Improvement Plans Locality Charges.
Commission staff is still analyzing the application. As a result, this request will not be processed before 45 business days after its receipt. However, the Commission intends to issue a final decision within 120 calendar days of the date of the initial application.
