Dear Barry Choi:
Based on the information the Commission has received, Commission staff informs Cross Country T.V. Limited that it no longer meets the requirements to remain on the Proposed Competitive Local Exchange Carrier (CLEC) list.
Accordingly, Cross Country T.V. Limited has been removed from the CRTC’s Proposed CLEC registration list and Cross Country T.V. Limited is no longer authorized to:
- Proceed with further arrangements as necessary to allow it to provide local switched services as a CLEC. However, you are reminded that you may not offer services to the public as a CLEC until all the conditions of Decision 97-8 and any subsequent relevant Decisions have been satisfied.
