Subject: Bell Canada Tariff Notices 7696 and 986 – Cancellation Policy for Business Services

Dear Philippe Gauvin:

On 24 May 2024, the Commission received two applications from Bell Canada proposing changes to various items in its General Tariff, CRTC 6716, and National Services Tariff, CRTC 7400, to amend the terms associated with cancellation of certain business services.

Commission staff is analyzing these applications.

Consequently, the applications, along with any associated subsequent revisions, will not be approved on an interim basis on the 15th calendar day following receipt. However, the Commission intends to make its decision regarding these applications and any subsequent revisions within 45 business days of receipt of the filing.
