RE: Bell Canada Tariff Notice (TN) 7692 - Introduction of Service Provided in Out-of-Footprint Territory

On 16 May 2024, the Commission received an application from Bell Canada proposing changes to its General Tariff, CRTC 6716 related to the introduction of Item 12 - Service Provided in Out-of-Footprint Territory.

Commission staff is analyzing this application.

Consequently, this application, along with any associated subsequent revisions, will not be approved on an interim basis on the 15th calendar day following receipt. However, the Commission intends to make its decision regarding this application and any subsequent revisions within 45 business days of receipt of the filing.
