Subject: CoopTel, telecommunications cooperative - Notice of withdrawal from Tariff Notice (TN) 90 for access to 911/NG911 service
Hello,
On 2 April 2024, the Commission received TN 90 from CoopTel, telecommunications cooperative (CoopTel), to amend its General Tariff 25160, Section 2.16, Fibre to the Home or to the Business.
In a letter dated 9 May 2024, CoopTel proposed to withdraw TN 90 in its entirety.
The Commission had not approved the requested changes either on an interim or final basis. In view of the facts, CoopTel's request is appropriate and is considered withdrawn.
