Subject: Tariff Notice 555 and 555/A – Amendments to reflect Telecom Decision CRTC 2024-75

Dear Philippe Gauvin:

On 6 May, 2024, the Commission received an application from Télébec, Limited Partnership proposing a revised version of the pages of its General Tariff concerning residential service charges and the residential telephone number reservation service in order to reflect the determinations of Telecom Decision 2024-75.Footnote1 On 15 May 2024, Télébec amended its application to justify the removal of travel expenses for residential service and to correct various typographical errors.

Commission staff is currently reviewing the application.

Consequently, this application, along with any subsequent revisions, will not be approved on an interim basis on the 15th calendar day following receipt. However, the Commission intends to make its decision regarding the application and any subsequent revisions within 45 business days of receipt of the filing.
