Dear Howard Slawner:
On 31 January 2024, the Commission received an application from Rogers Communications Canada Inc. proposing amendments to its Access Services Tariff 21530 to reflect a number of internal reorganizations.
Commission staff is still analyzing the application. As a result, this request will not be processed before 45 business days after its receipt. However, the Commission intends to issue a final decision within 120 calendar days of the date of the initial application.
