Subject: Bell Canada Tariff Notice (TN) 7690, Bell Aliant TN 580, and Bell MTS TN 861 – Various tariff changes

Dear Philippe Gauvin:

On 9 April 2024, the Commission received applications from Bell Canada, Bell Aliant Regional Communications, Limited Partnership, and Bell MTS, a division of Bell Canada proposing changes to various tariffs in relation to i) Terms of Service – Directories and ii) terms related to expired Service Improvement Plans.

Commission staff is analyzing these applications.

Consequently, these applications, along with any associated subsequent revisions, will not be approved on an interim basis on the 15th calendar day following receipt. However, the Commission intends to make its decision regarding these applications and any subsequent revisions within 45 business days of receipt of the filing.
