Dear Philippe Gauvin:
On 10 April 2024, the Commission received applications from DMTS, KMTS and Ontera, divisions of Bell Canada, and NorthernTel Limited Partnership proposing changes to their respective General Tariffs, Terms of Service - Directories.
Commission staff is analyzing these applications.
Consequently, these applications, along with any associated subsequent revisions, will not be approved on an interim basis on the 15th calendar day following receipt. However, the Commission intends to make its decision regarding these applications and any subsequent revisions within 45 business days of receipt of the filing.
