Subject: Tariff Notice 90 – Access to 911/NG911 service
Dear Julie Dupré,
On 2 April 2024, the Commission received an application from CoopTel, coop de télécommunications, to change its General Tariff 25160, Section 2.16, Fibre jusqu’au domicile ou jusqu’à l’entreprise, to indicate that the customer will now be responsible for ensuring continuity of services, since an emergency power system is no longer included.
Commission staff is currently reviewing the application.
Consequently, this application, along with any associated subsequent revisions, will not be approved on an interim basis on the 15th calendar day following receipt. However, the Commission intends to rule on this application, along with any associated subsequent revisions, within 45 business days of receipt.
