Subject: Tariff Notice 89 for the municipal tax increase
Dear Julie Dupré,
On 21 March 2024, the Commission received an application from CoopTel, coop de télécommunication, proposing changes to section 2.15 of General Tariff CRTC 25160 – 9-1-1 Municipal Tax Billing and Collection Service, in order to apply the municipal tax increase prescribed by the Quebec government.
Commission staff is currently analyzing the application.
Consequently, this application, along with any associated subsequent revisions, will not be approved on an interim basis on the 15th calendar day following receipt. However, the Commission intends to make its decision regarding the application and any associated subsequent revisions within 45 business days of receipt of the filing.
