On 20 December 2023, the Commission received an application from Bell Canada proposing changes to its Access Services Tariff CRTC 7516, Item 130 – Competitor Digital Network (CDN) Service to destandardize DS-0 Access service for CDN Service.

Commission staff is analyzing the application.

Consequently, this application will not be disposed of by the 45th business day following receipt. However, the Commission intends to issue a final decision within 120 calendar days of the date of the initial application.
