Subject: Bell Canada Tariff Notice (TN) 982 – Destandardize DNA Low Speed Access and DS-0 Inter-exchange Channels
Dear Philippe Gauvin:
On 20 December 2023, the Commission received an application from Bell Canada proposing changes to its National Services Tariff CRTC 7400, Item 301 – Digital Network Access (DNA) and Item 307 – Inter-Office Digital Channels. In this application, Bell Canada proposed to destandardize the Low Speed Access option, including speeds at DS-0 and112.0 / 128.0 Kbps, for DNA service and the DS-0 Inter-exchange Channels option for Inter-Office Digital Channels.
Commission staff is analyzing the application.
Consequently, this application will not be disposed of by the 45th business day following receipt. However, the Commission intends to issue a final decision within 120 calendar days of the date of the initial application.
