Subject: Tariff Notice No. 7682 – Destandardize Digital Channel Service
Dear Phil Gauvin:
On 15 December 2023, the Commission received an application from Bell Canada proposing amendments to its General Tariff CRTC 6716, Item 5010 – Digital Channel Service in order to destandardize the service.
Commission staff are still analyzing the application. As a result, this request will not be processed before 45 business days after its receipt. However, the Commission intends to issue a final decision within 120 calendar days of the date of the initial application.
