Subject: Rogers Communication Canada Inc. – Application concerning Bell Canada Billed Number Screening Database Services Charged to Wireless Service Providers and Wireless Competitive Local Exchange Carriers
On 26 January 2024, the Commission received a letter from Bell Canada in which it requested an extension for the filing of responses to the 17 January 2024 Requests for Information in the above-mentioned proceeding. It requested that the deadline be extended from 31 January 2024 to 21 February 2024 due to difficulties in finding and assembling data-related information.
Staff considers Bell Canada’s request reasonable and therefore extends the deadline to file responses to the Requests for Information to 21 February 2024. Staff considers that this extension will provide parties additional time to file their responses and avoid any direct overlap with the Review of the wholesale high-speed access service framework hearing.
