Subject: TELUS Communications Inc. (TELUS) Tariff Notice 661 – Introduction of Temporary Deactivation in Quebec

Dear Carol Ho:

On 15 December 2023, the Commission received an application from TELUS, proposing changes to its General Tariff CRTC 25080 to introduce a new tariff Item 2.31, Désactivation temporaire, for its Incumbent Local Exchange Carrier territory in the province of Quebec.

Commission staff is analyzing the application.

Consequently, this application, along with any associated subsequent revisions, will not be approved on an interim basis on the 15th calendar day following receipt. However, the Commission intends to make its decision regarding the application and any subsequent revisions within 45 business days of receipt of the filing.
