Thank you for your procedural request dated 11 November 2024 for an extension to submit a reply to CACTUS’ comments in the context of the above noted file.
The record of the above-referenced application was reopened on 23 October 2024 to allow interested parties to comment on Rogers’ response to a request for information. Interventions were initially due on 29 October 2024. A request for an extension was granted to CACTUS to 12 November 2024 and Rogers could file a reply to CACTUS’ comments by 18 November 2024.
Rogers has requested the present extension due to unplanned and unexpected staff shortages. Accordingly, Rogers may file a reply to CACTUS’ comments by 22 November 2024.
