Subject: Request for extension to comment on Rogers’ response to a request for information in Part 1 application 2024-0219-7

Dear Catherine Edwards,

Thank you for your procedural request dated 4 November 2024 for an extension of four days to submit comments on Rogers’ RFI response dated 27 September 2024. We note that this formal request follows up on an informal e-mail to Commission staff that you sent on 30 October 2024.

The record of the above-referenced application was reopened on 23 October 2024 to allow interested parties to comment on Rogers’ response to a request for information. Interventions were initially due on 29 October 2024.

We understand that the reason for your request is that you need more time to provide a complete analysis due to the amount of additional information provided by Rogers. We note however that you did not provide a copy of your procedural request to Rogers. 

Rogers will have the opportunity to respond to any comments submitted by CACTUS. CACTUS is reminded that its comments should be limited only to the material contained in Rogers’ 27 September 2024 response.

Accordingly, the new dates for comments and replies are as follows:
