The Canadian Radio-television and Telecommunications Commission (CRTC) has launched a consultation to develop a policy so that Canadians who rely on described video and audio description have access to it wherever they watch programming. Consult the Notice of Consultation for more information.
This proceeding is separate from that addressing the Part 1 application 2024-0069-6.
If you have views on the subjects addressed in that Notice, you can submit any comment you may have about them by 26 August 2024 by:
- filling out the online form;
- writing to the Secretary General, CRTC, Ottawa, Ontario K1A 0N2; or
- sending a fax to 819-994-0218.
You must first file a comment in that proceeding if you wish to later be able to submit a reply. The reply deadline is 25 September 2024.
