Subject: Staff Letter - Broadcasting - Part 1 Application (2024-0146-2) by Accessible Media Inc. (AMI) against Quebecor Media Inc. (Quebecor) regarding a breach of Sections 9 and 15.1 of the Broadcasting Distribution Regulations - Undue preference
This is further to the 4 June 2024 letter filed by Quebecor requesting the right to reply to interventions filed to the above-referenced application.
AMI has responded indicating that it does not oppose the request, provided that the information it intends to file is in reply to information the interveners put on the public record and does not raise new issues.
As such, Commission staff grants Quebecor’s request to reply to the interventions and Quebecor must provide its reply by 10 June 2024.
