Corco – Licensing of a national, English-language discretionary service – Finalization of conditions of service

In Corco – Licensing of a national, English-language discretionary service, Broadcasting Decision CRTC 2024-87, 29 April 2024 (Broadcasting Decision 2024-87), the Commission approved an application by The Miracle Channel Association (MCA) for a broadcasting licence to operate the exempt national, English-language discretionary service known as Corco as a licensed national, English-language discretionary service.
In that decision, the Commission proposed to make orders imposing on MCA the various conditions of service set out in Appendix 2 to the decision and invited interested persons to make representations only on the proposed orders. The Commission did not receive any representations.
In light of the above, and pursuant to subsections 9.1(1) and 11.1(2) of the Broadcasting Act, the Commission hereby makes the orders imposing conditions of service on The Miracle Channel Association in respect of the licensed national, English-language discretionary service Corco, as set out in Appendix 2 to Broadcasting Decision 2024-87.
