Exempted regional video-on-demand undertaking – Revocation of licence
- The Commission received an application by Bragg Communications Incorporated in which it has confirmed its eligibility for exemption in accordance with the terms and conditions of the exemption order for video-on-demand undertakings (Broadcasting Order 2023-332), set out in Appendix 2 to Broadcasting Regulatory Policy 2023-331.
- Given the licensee’s request and pursuant to paragraph 9(1)(f) of the Broadcasting Act, the Commission revokes the broadcasting licence issued to Bragg Communications Incorporated for the undertaking serving New Brunswick, Nova Scotia and Prince Edward Island, originally granted in Broadcasting Decision CRTC 2007-63.
- The operator of this undertaking must, at all times, comply with the criteria set out in Broadcasting Order 2023-332.
