Bell MTS Inc. – Approval of a tariff application

1. The Commission approves the following tariff application:

   Bell MTS Inc.	TN 858 Special Services and Facilities Tariff — Withdrawal of Billing Reprint Service Charge	6 September 2023	25 January 2024

2. The Commission received no interventions with respect to the application.
3. The Commission notes that consideration of this application did not require it to consider its jurisdiction over the retention and making available of customer billing data.
4. Revised tariff pages are to be issued within 10 calendar days of the date of this order. Revised tariff pages can be submitted to the Commission without a description page or a request for approval; a tariff application is not required.
