Subject: Part 1 application: Effective start date of wholesale access service for facilities-based Mobile Virtual Network Operators (MVNOs) with Bell Mobility Inc. (Bell)
Philippe Gauvin and Peggy Tabet,
On December 15 2023, the Commission received a Part 1 application from Québecor Média Inc. (Québecor) regarding the start date of its MVNO access service with Bell.
Commission staff considers that it is appropriate to process the request on an expedited basis. Accordingly, Bell and any other interested parties have until 19 January 2024 to file their answer or their observations with a copy to Québecor. Reply comments from Québecor may be filed no later than 26 January 2024, with a copy to Bell, and all interested parties. Documents are to be received, and not merely sent, by these dates.
