On 28 July 2023, TekSavvy Solutions Inc. (TekSavvy) filed an intervention in response to new Phase II cost studies to establish rates for aggregated wholesale HSA services that were filed on 22 June 2023 for aggregated fiber-to-the-node (FTTN) and hybrid-fiber-coax (HFC) services pursuant to Telecom Notice of Consultation CRTC 2023-56 (CRTC File 1011 NOC2023-0056).

Initially, TekSavvy’s intervention was posted under the public record of the above-noted Notice of Consultation. Commission staff would like to inform parties that this intervention has been added and is now also available under each individual tariff notice.

Commission staff further invites parties to verify on a regular basis the public record of both the underlying proceeding initiated by Telecom Notice of Consultation CRTC 2023-56 and those of the individual tariff applications filed as a result of directions issued in the context of that proceeding in order to ensure that they are apprised of all relevant information.

Sincerely,
