RE: Telecommunications in the Far North, Phase II, Notice of Consultation CRTC 2022-147 (TNC 2022-147), Request for extension of deadline for new submissions that provide Nunavut or Inuit Nunangat perspectives
This letter is to notify parties to the proceeding initiated by Telecom Notice of Consultation 2022-147 that the Commission is in receipt of a request from the Government of Nunavut to extend the deadline for interested persons to provide new submissions on matters within the scope of this proceeding that provide Nunavut or Inuit Nunangat perspectives (see attachment to this letter).
Given that the deadline is approaching, the Commission intends to decide on the Government of Nunavut’s request in short order. Accordingly, parties that wish to submit comments on the request are asked to do so by 22 November 2023
The Commission will announce any changes to the proceeding deadlines as soon as possible.
A copy of this letter will be placed on the public record of this proceeding.
