Dear Rosa Corsini and Andy Kaplan-Myrth,
On 7 November 2023, the Commission received a letter from TekSavvy informing it that it has executed an access agreement with Casilco Corporation. TekSavvy therefore informed the Commission that it was withdrawing the Part 1 Application and requested that the corresponding proceeding be closed.
Considering the above, Commission staff confirms that this application is now closed.
