Dear Jordan Deng and Gunjan Kumari,
On 20 October 2023, the Commission received a letter from CIK Telecom Inc. informing it that it has executed an access agreement with BCS 3157. CIK therefore informed the Commission that it was withdrawing the Part 1 Application and requested that the corresponding proceeding be closed.
Considering the above, Commission staff confirms that this application is now closed.
