Bell Canada has, in a letter dated 18 October 2023, withdrawn the above-noted Part 1 Application. Commission staff confirms that the Commission's file on this proceeding is now closed. As a result, it is not necessary for parties to file comments pursuant to Commission staff’s 17 October 2023 letter.
