On 22 September 2023, the Commission received a letter from CIK Telecom Inc. informing it that it has executed an access agreement with BCS 1060. CIK therefore informed the Commission that it was withdrawing the Part 1 Application and requested that the corresponding proceeding be closed.
In light of the above, Commission staff confirms that this application, file number 8622-T117-202303692, is now closed.
